A bigger size buys a bigger machine. It doesn't unlock features, seats, or apps, because none of those are gated in the first place.
Every app in the store
Install as many as your box has room for. The apps are open source and free; we don't charge per app or per install.
Everyone you invite
No seats and no per-user pricing. The bill is the same whether one person uses the box or twenty.
Daily backups
A snapshot of the whole machine every day, kept for you. Not an add-on, not a storage tier.
HTTPS on your own name
Your box answers at your-name.onmoose.io, with certificates issued and renewed for you. Every app gets its own address under it.
Updates and patching
The operating system and the apps stay current without you scheduling a maintenance window.
Resize whenever

The bill
The one thing we don't charge for.
A few apps need an outside service to be useful, like a mail provider or a model provider. You pay that provider directly, and it never appears on your moose bill. Every app's page in the app store lists what it needs before you install it.
Questions
Questions about the bill
How am I billed?
Monthly, by card, through Stripe. You pay for the first month when you create your box, and it renews on the same day each month. Your invoices are always available from your dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard, without talking to anyone. Your box keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for.
What happens when I change size?
The new price starts from the moment you switch, and Stripe prorates the month for you: you are credited for the part of the month you did not use at the old size. Your apps and data come along untouched.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic. We try the card again over the following days and get in touch. If it keeps failing we pause the box and keep your disk while you sort the card out.
Do I pay more for more people?
No. There are no seats to buy. Everyone you invite uses the same box for the same price, so the only reason to move up a size is that the machine itself needs to be bigger.
Do the apps cost extra?
The apps in the store are open source and free, and you run them on your own machine, so there is no vendor to charge you per user. The only outside costs are the third-party services a few apps need, listed on each app's page.
